Monica was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about properties in the Front Range area. I contacted Monica several months before we were ready to buy. I appreciated her not being "pushy". She sent us emails with possible properties. We enjoyed looking at what was available as we approached our time when "looking" could become "buying" When we adjusted our criteria, she was made the changes to our account quickly. When we were ready to purchase, she was more than helpful. She knew professionals we might contact: Insurance people, an Inspector who would make our Property a priority. Monica made the purchase much easier.. I would certainly recommend Monica Pritchett to someone looking for a place in the foothills.

Monica was wonderful to work with. In the most difficult of markets (and with a fairly demanding client) she not only gave great advice (and from a local's point of view) but also walked me through every part of the process, followed up with an incredible team and resources and never let the ball drop. We closed the home in under 30 days...now that I think back on it, it was a pretty incredible experience - quick, yes - but very thorough and knowledgeable, and with no remorse or regret on my side post-buy. Everything was done in such a professional fashion, I would highly recommend working with her.
