With a career in residential real estate spanning over 20 years, Andrew is a noted expert in real estate contracts, negotiations, problem solving, and geographic issues specific to the Denver Foothills, Metro Denver and the Front Range of Colorado.
Notable from his tenure in leadership on the Board of Directors for Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS and then as its president in 2009, Andrew envisioned an education designation for real estate professionals working in the Foothills, which became the Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS) designation. Close to 1,000 agents have now been certified through this program.
Starting in 2012, he became the Managing Broker for the Foothills offices of RE/MAX Alliance in Evergreen and Conifer. He has given almost 50 brand new licensees their start in the industry since then, utilizing proprietary training programs that he developed. The RE/MAX offices in Evergreen and Conifer have led all area brands in both $ volume and transaction count through his leadership, annually completing more than 450 transactions for a dollar volume total of around $2.5 billion.
Outside of real estate, Andrew spends most of his time with Heather and the two boys. He also enjoys riding his draft cross gelding Gus, tooling around in a restored 1970 K5 Blazer, good red wine, straight bourbon whiskey, and art.
Prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2015, Heather worked for several years alongside Andrew heading up client care, marketing, business operations, and much more to give him the capacity for the additional leadership obligations while continuing to serve their clients with excellence. In the subsequent seven years, Heather has become even more valuable to the team as a buyer specialist and listing assistant. Talented in all things operations, clients come to depend on Heather for updates, prompt responses, and answers to their questions.
An Evergreen, Colorado native, Heather is a passionate supporter of at risk children, as well as keeping the younger generations connected to animals, nature and agriculture. Proud mom of our two sons and “farm manager” caring for our menagerie of four legged animals.
A lifelong horse enthusiast, Heather holds a BS in Equine Science from CSU and has worked in most areas of the equine industry. Some of her most memorable experiences are in the thoroughbred industry in Kentucky and County Kildare, Ireland in and after university. Personally, she has competed in a variety of equestrian disciplines, most recently Versatility Ranch Horse and Eventing. With her equine partner Molly, a 2013 Irish Sport Horse, she competes at Novice level Eventing locally, regionally and at the national level as well as in “pure” Dressage and Show Jumping. Heather also writes the “horse column” for the Denver Foothills Colorado Serenity Magazine.

Growing up in Texas and Arkansas, a lifelong goal for Monica was to live in the Rocky Mountains. Having traveled to Colorado many times with family throughout her childhood, in 2017, Monica discovered the mountain town of Evergreen and knew that she had found her forever home in Colorado. A place to lay down roots and build an amazing life.
Just before the Pandemic shut down everything, Monica obtained her real estate license and chose to begin her career in the Evergreen office of RE/MAX Alliance. Even in the face of all the challenges around shutdowns and changing protocols, Monica exemplified patience, grace and determination in her diligence in helping buyers and sellers.
Watching Monica learn the real estate business in the face of amazing challenges, Andrew and Heather recognized the character, attention to detail, focus and commitment to excellence that they strive to develop in themselves. In early 2020 they invited her to join the Team as a buyer and listing specialist. Since then her role has expanded to client care and transaction coordination. When it comes to the operations of the Team, there are few areas where Monica does not play a critical role.
When she isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, Monica enjoys volunteering at the local Food Bank, fitness, cooking, traveling, Jeep’n, spending time in the great outdoors and being with friends and family.
